Refundable Security deposit for events without music - $450

Refundable Security deposit for events with music - $650

Cleaning Fee - $175


THE PARLOR

(Max capacity 20 people)

3-hour minimum - $45p/h

Refundable Security Deposit - $450

Cleaning fee - $75


NON-PROFIT RATES

Clubhouse:

Full day - $675

4-hour minimum - $60p/h

Refundable Security deposit for events with music - $500

REQUIREMENTS

Liability Insurance must obtained

The Liability Insurance must be at least $1,000,000. and needs to NAME The Sonoma Valley Woman's Club, 574 First Street East, Sonoma, Ca. 95476, as the additional insured. This form is often called an ACORD or a Special Events Endorsement Policy. 

THE CLUBHOUSE WILL NOT BE RENTED WITHOUT INSURANCE.
